_Job Title : **Mines Foreman (Eng/Sr.Eng.Level)**__Number of Position (s): **01**__Department : Mines__Job Location : Sagmania Limestone Mines__**Required Education:** Diploma in Mining Engineering from a reputedinstitute with a valid Mines Foreman Certificate__**Required Experience:** – 4 to 5 years in limestone mining.__**Special Skill /Training**_ * _Knowledge of quality of Limestone._ * _Technical knowledge about HEM, Crusher & Blasting operation. _ * _Knowledge of Safety as per DGMS norms._ * _Good Communication Skills._ * _Knowledge of SAP System/MS-Office/AutoCAD__Good Presentation, Team Work & Interpersonal Skills to deal with workman &management.__**Key responsibilities/He will be responsible for**__Overall responsibilities of Mining shift operation & Blasting Operation asper MMR-1961.__To perform the duties of Mines Foreman as per MMR-1961__Responsible for activities in Mines shift operation__Coordination with plant QC Team for limestone quality__Schedule operators and equipment to achieve production targets for tonnes,limestone quality, in accordance with mining practice.__Coordinate with the mine worker & HEMM operators for proper utilization ofmachines and safe working. Coordination with Crusher team & HEMM team for dayto day work__Promote a work place environment which supports safe and efficient behaviouron the job and an awareness of and compliance with environmental, safety,engineering, and Mine Act requirements.__Keep records of all aspects of production achieved on his shift as per thedaily shift log, as well as special reports as required__To comply all the legal and statutory rules related to as per MMR-1961,DGMSnorms._
