Technical Support Associate
Job Description: – Inbound Technical Support.
Interface with Customers via Inbound or Outbound calls or the Internet for the purpose of resolving routine problems with products or services like Internet, router, Switching, frequent disconnection, internet connectivity, speed issue, Desktop, laptop and Printers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Greet Customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedure s.
*Clarify Customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
*Troubleshoot Customer issues related to internet broadband, cable, modem, router, switching etc.
Candidate Profile-
*Any Graduate Under-Graduate / drop out / pursuing with 6 months Calling Experience.
*BE/B. Tech Fresher are eligible.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
Salary
*30K CTC — If anyone from Inbound process or have 6 month experience.
*35.5k CTC If anyone have Technical support background or have 6 month experience
*42k CTC — If anyone have Technical support background or have 1 year experience
*up to30.5 k to 42 K CTC. PLUS OTHER PERKS AND INCENTIVES
*Work From Home.
*Required Laptop And Broadband
