Icertis is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Analyst responsible for supporting the Sales, Partner, and Marketing teams by operationalizing their data to develop reports and analyses that provide actionable insights. Major focus areas include data governance and quality, data structuring, report and dashboard development, and presenting key insights. This cross-functional role sits with the Revenue Operations team and will interface with global stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Finance
Responsibilities:

    • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports detailing marketing, inside sales, and partner performance.
    • Maintain, update, and evolve datasets that combine data from across the marketing and sales technology stacks to support reporting.
    • Advocate for data governance best practices to support dashboards and reporting for the marketing, inside sales, and partner organization.
    • Develop reports and analyses that provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
    • Produce and communicate standardized reports such as QBRs and monthly business reviews to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

    • Demonstrates intense curiosity, the ability to creatively resolve complex issues, and has an eye for detail. Outstanding strategic thinking, logical reasoning, and analysis skills.
    • 3-7 years of experience with . Admin Certification a plus. Must have basic understanding of standard and custom objects, report development, dashboard design, and opportunity pipeline.
    • Prior experience with Marketing tech stack systems (Pardot, Salesforce, Engagio, Google Analytics, etc.), including experience extracting data and reporting on it at scale required.
    • Familiarity with concepts like digital marketing, marketing automation, campaigns, content marketing, and B2B SaaS sales.
    • Fluent with Excel, including experience structuring, transforming, and slicing large sets of data for analysis.
    • Previous experience creating database schemas and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or other data analysis tool required.
    • Ability to understand and interpret data and present findings.
    • Experience with SQL for data engineering and statistical analysis programs like R a plus.
    • Must be detail oriented and have excellent project management skills.
    • BS/BA degree in related field.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and manage multiple requests.
    • Proficient in English both verbally and written.
