5 20 Coordinating with tax consultants and providing of Corporate
tax assessment documents
6 10 Ad hoc projects and reporting
over an extended period for the areas supported by the position as well as the description of those areas.
Deputy Manager-Accounts responsibilities include the following: This is not an exhaustive task list and other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate or warranted by immediate manager.
• India Payroll processing including posting
• Ensuring timely payment of TDS and filing of TDS returns within due dates
• Raising intercompany invoices including postings
• Arranging of Forex for employees travelling overseas
• Scheduling online payments for India/Europe internal/external vendors
• Internal vendor requests/inquiries
• Monthly closing of India a/cs
• Year end external audit
• Preparation of adhoc reports as per management requirement
• Special projects as needed
Key Skills: C. Job Qualifications Necessary
• Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Diploma in Information Systems Audit, a post qualification course of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
• Understanding of general accounting functions and processes
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills
• Hands-on knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Good written and oral communication skills
