Job Description
Drive SBG sourcing productivity by cross working with Sourcing, Commodity team and with leadership. Have full control in terms of review & validation on DM Spend & Save, VE/CE, baseline & Rebates before loaded into system and reported. Ensure Standard audit compliance in line with DM productivity policy. Drive continuous process improvement and automation in sourcing finance tool to innovate and improve. Act as the business owner for all systems relating to Annual baseline & Change business request. Own global Procurement P&L & deliver insightful reporting on monthly/Qtrly Variances and support for AOP & Short-Range outlooks. Drive Analytics and transformation on Indirect Spend area which enables business to take decision on time to time basis. Manage, coach, and develop a high performing costing team that meets agreed objectives, and delivers value with continuous improvements.Key Responsibilities
Own entire Sourcing workstreams like productivity, Baseline, Rebate, VE/CE etc.
Work with requisite teams to ensure accuracy in productivity reporting
Enable synergy, standardization, and automation in Sourcing workstreams
Insightful and analytical reporting on Indirect Spend to provide timely inputs for business decisions
Global Procurement Variance analysis- providing key insights to leadership on monthly basis
Talent Development
MUST HAVE
Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or MBA Finance
10-12 years experience in FP&A with some years experience in Supply Chain
At least 3 years People management experience
Good knowledge of ERP systems
Presentation skills and Stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of Honeywell Accounting Policies, US GAAP
