The Role Responsibilities

  • To identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation

  • Understand business requirements, build the scoping document and facilitate preparing the business requirement document

  • Project management and implementation of RPA projects

  • Capacity Creation from RPA projects

  • Completion of Requirements Phase and UAT Phase within agreed timelines

  • Governance over RPA Projects

Role Responsibilities:

  • Understand business needs, perform detailed process walk thru%26rsquo; to gather requirements

  • Provide end to end solution for Robotic Automation opportunities

  • Track and update project related information in RUBIX or equivalent for central tracking of the project

  • Document requirements in terms of %26lsquo;as-is%26rsquo; %26amp; %26lsquo;to-be%26rsquo; process flows, functional %26amp; logical rules, applications involved, relevant screens %26amp; details at field level including validations and exception handling mechanisms for Robotic Automations

  • Shape the end-to-end architecture and design, and work with the technical/Architect and team to implement the solutions.

  • Ensure high level process flow derived to low level flow (L5) and each requirement / steps are addressed from automation perspective in BRD

  • In case of change to existing process as part of automation solution, liaise with Process lead and get necessary approvals from the respective stakeholder/SPOC

  • Liaise between Operations and Development team for successful completion of automation until Go-live

  • Conduct weekly project reviews with stakeholders and clear away any road blocks

  • Validate the efficiency of automation built against manual processing

  • Document User Manual and coordinate UVT sign-off on Go-live

  • Maintain and own the artefacts to the repository as per the RPA policy

  • Hands on experience %26amp; knowledge on RPA tools-Blue Prism, Fusion ,Automation Anywhere, UI Path

  • Have complete experience in SDLC process.

  • Candidates with extensive experience with Automation , troubleshoot and diagnose run-time automation issues and error- handling mechanisms would be preferred.

  • Technically sound candidate with hands-on development experience.

  • Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time

  • Experience with web development technologies preferential

Education:

  • UG: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

  • PG: Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization

Must Have:

  • Bachelor%26rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology Engineering or closely related field or a combination of education and experience

  • 4+ years business Analyst experience

  • Excellent communication skills and should be able to understand business requirement and explain the same to the technical solutions team

  • Hands on experience in building Process maps and writing BRD

  • Should possess good Senior Stakeholder Management skills

  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Preferred
