Job holder will be responsible for managing end to end O2C operations which includes AR cash applications billing disputes etc.
Desired skill set:-

Candidate Should be having strong expertise in OTC as a complete tower of F&A.
candidate Should possess excellent communication skills.
Candidate Should be flexible to work with shifts.
Candidate Expectation:

Candidates only from TIER 1 BPOs having relevant experience in end to end OTC operations catering to international clients only preferred.
Good Communications and Subject knowledge preferred.
