Are you the one we are looking forInviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- C#
In this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design of web and desktop applications based on C# and .NET technology. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, craft the solution which really fits into customer needs.Responsibilities
- The candidate will work in a very collaborative global team of 50+, (25 in London) to maintain the system and to deliver strategic change, front office focused as well the large number of regulatory changes and projects that the industry faces.
- A team of seven spread across London, Shanghai, Mumbai %26amp; Tokyo focusses on all aspects of upstream %26amp; downstream feeds to/from critical systems/functions. Candidate is expected to be very well-versed with high volume, asynchronous, real-time transaction processing. Key responsibility will be to provide technical/architectural leadership to the team.
- Second-line support to the business for both system and business problems is expected
- Developing applications from detailed design specifications
- Working with other developers to ensure deadlines are met.
- Develop automated unit tests and responsibility for testing own code before Systems.
- Playing an active role in defining standards in coding, system design and architecture.
- Delivering solutions according to user requirements while meeting development, quality and documentation standards.
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new insights
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills although
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in C#, DotNet, WCF
- Proficient in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with strong experience in design, analysis and development stages.
- The ability to communicate, friendly and cultural behavior during customer contact.
- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn the Product/Platform and associated technologies.
- Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tools
