SDM Candidates Specification: Must have 14+ years of experience of ETE BFSI or F&A Transition, managing internal / external client relationships during various stages of the transition Must have Working experience as the Transition lead for Banking Operations transitions or F&A engagements Follow the Organization Transition Methodology to successfully transition projects within the agreed timelines Should perform due diligence, put together detailed transition plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines Capable of managing multiple parallel transitions at the same time Should understand transformation basics, tools and accelerators, robotic process automation essentials Should be excellent in reporting, PowerPoint and Excel skills Strong Project and process management experience at managerial level in Outsourcing environment Should have experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma) desirable Must be open for shifts
