Description
Global Jira admin will be L2 support and escalation for L1 Jira support in the divisions. Responsible for implementing global Jira strategy,
will work closely with IT and Security for Jira infrastructure maintenance. Will be global technical lead for Jira environments.
· Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence
· Agile methodology is Must
· Relevant engineering degree and experience in development
· At least 5 years’ experience as Jira admin
· Excellent understanding of JIRA workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, screens schemes, etc.
· Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages
· Configure, maintain and upgrade Atlassian JIRA/Confluence
· Responsible for bug tracking, issue tracking , L2 support
· Support, compile and troubleshoot JIRA Project issues
· Establish and execute data stewardship and best practices.
· Knowledge about various development, testing and monitoring tools
· Provide training to technical and non-technical teams to use Atlassian tools
· Compile and analyze development and operational bug reports
· Experience using/customizing JIRA Macros and JIRA Query Language
· Experience using/customizing Confluence macros, add-ons
· Systems Engineering application support
· Map client requirements to Jira Align capabilities and design solutions that re-enforces clients desired scaled agile methodology
· Excellent team player and service oriented
· Certification of Atlassian Jira admin – Mandatory
· Very Good Communication Skills
