Job Role:
Identification and Implementation of the Quality Checks to be done on the new processes released
Performing quality control checks as per the defined parameter
Checking quality of Statements to ensure the correctness and completeness
Ensuring quality of letters / e-mailers before the same is dispatched to the customer
Performing of certain regulatory activities and reporting of the same within defined timelines
Co-ordinating with respective operation teams for clearing open observations on timely basis
Liaising with Departments like Compliance/Product/ Process as and when required.
Analysis of observations identified and co-ordinating with various stake holders to reduce the errors and also raising requirement for building controls through systems
Handle projects and adhoc activities as and when required
Understanding regulatory and business requirement and build queries for data extraction. Also check the logical correctness of the data
Job Requirements:
Detailed knowledge on various Retail Asset Products
Exposure to Retail Liability products & related process
Understanding of products like MF, DP, Travel cards, Insurance, etc. is preferable
Understanding of systems (BCIF, Finacle, Core Nx, etc) & nuances of these systems in operational activities
Should be strong in recon & in preparation of different types of reports & MIS
Must have minimum of 1 – 3 years’ experience in Retail Operations or relevant experience acquired through a career in Banking with a special reference to Process, Regulatory Compliance & Audit
Presentations skills will be an added advantage
