The Role Responsibilities
JD: Business Analyst
- Speaks as the %26lsquo;one voice of the business%26rsquo;, bridging the gap between the business and IT
- Communicates the vision of the market, customer and product and directs the team achieve the best business value
- Works with the Agile teams to break epics down into user stories, and works with Technical Product Manager to allocate them to the most appropriate pod
- Reviews epics and user stories to ensure they align to the product vision, challenging where necessary
- Takes complete ownership and be a Sincere and Reliable Person

Required Skills / Experience
- 3-6 years of BA experience.
- Strong Business and Data Analysis skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.
- Perform business analysis and write user stories comprehensively
- Prepare Traceability Matrix, Data Mapping and Data Sourcing documents
- Validate proposed solutions with business representatives and technical team to ensure solutions and restrictions are clearly understood.
- Think like users and provide inputs on design of UI and functionalities even if they are not explicitly mentioned in the Business requirements
- Document solutions and changes comprehensively, supported by structured analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Good knowledge on Agile practices
- Conduct walkthrough with Business, Design, Development and Testing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Agile/DevOps environment working experience
- Basic knowledge of SQL and good with MS Excel
- Coordinate with Testing teams, Review SIT and UAT test strategy and conditions
- Prepare sample data for Testing %26ndash; covering all conditions/scenarios.
- Write functional test cases and have those tested before SIT/UAT
- Good to have experience on working for Applications on PEGA/Workflow Platform.
