Role- Assistant Manager- Finance,
Location- Pune, Dighi
Job Profile:
May independently conduct activities such as business case creation, AOP preparation, preparation and analysis of financials,etc. May lead important projects that require providing experienced project team members with instruction, guidance and advice in all aspects of the project to ensure delivery of quality outcomes. Able to independently resolve complex projects, issues, challenges encountered. Operational role, responsible for delivering results that have direct impact on the achievement of results within the job area and may also impact a wider operational area. Capable of instructing professional or technical staff and reviewing the quality of the work undertaken by these roles.May lead/manage small teams for small projects. Capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision. Demonstrate a level of flexibility in resolving problems/issues that at least to in-depth command of all techniques, processes, tools and standards, within the relevant field of specialisation. Able to identify problems and significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques. Experience : CA/ICWA/MBA/Other equivalent qualification Experience:5-10 years
Desired Candidate
We are looking for candidates for Assistant Manager.
Preferred Qualification and experience: Qualified CA / CA Inter / CPA/ CWA with IFRS Diploma.
1 to 6 years of experience in Accounting, audit or FPA involved in contract closing / assessment, billing, Sales Support etc. Telecom experience will be an added advantage.
Job requires excellent capabilities on SAP, MS office applications (MS Excel, Word, MS Access & Power Point). Knowledge of Power BI, SAP-S4 Hana will be an added advantage.
Candidate should have good communication skills and ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Good at analytics and ability to comprehend various reports. Good at handling pressure, high volume Data and stringent timelines.
Must Haves:

  1. Accounting standard knowledge – Ind AS 115 /IFRS 15
  2. Accounting knowledge is must
  3. Contract assessment experience in any Service Organisation, preferably Telecom- bundled parameters assessment
  4. Strong Communication skills as per Band being shared for
  5. CA/ semi qualified CA, CS, CPA, CWA (with IFRS Diploma) will work . IFRS Diploma is added advantage.
  6. Handling pressure and stringent timelines
