1) Own the technical engagement and ensure implementation of the specific designs of a project
2) Determines integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs
3) Scoop out the prospective buyers of the products and survey the products currently been used by them
4) Attend trainings to increase knowledge about technologies and service offerings
5) Research and recommend technology to improve the current systems
