The Security Analytics & Insights team arms our Product Managers and security control owners with insights to drive improvements in security posture and business outcomes. Our team is comprised of both data analysts & data engineers who work together to create and deliver data products and insights on Security programs & controls. This leader will help build our data analysis vision while enabling innovation for our data engineering team as we continue to build a high performing team in our Hyderabad, India office. You will partner and collaborate with PM’s, TPM and engineers across Security to change behaviors and guide Security’s customers through a data journey. To be successful in this role you need to be passionate, curious, driven, growth minded, and focused on helping your team succeed.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Information Technology & Business or equivalent/related degree.
- 3+ years experience as a people leader leading a team of at least 3 analysts or data engineers
- 3+ years experience with one or more database management tools Oracle, Teradata, Heroku Postgres SQL, Amazon RDS, etc with ETL development process
- 5+ years experience with Development in BI software (ex. Tableau, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) )
- Ability to develop interactive dashboards that zero in on actionable insights
- 5+ years experience working with Python/Pandas, R, or other analytics/data visualization languages.
- Experience with product management and data infrastructure in AWS public cloud environment
- Strong ability to create a visual representation of complex information for driving business impact.
- Strong communication and visualization skills; can easily create powerful visualizations that transform complex data into easily-consumable, actionable insights & be comfortable with presenting to VP+ leaders.
- Must be able to lead and manage teams to deliver transformative and innovative projects
- Must be able to lead and manage a team of Data Analysts and data engineers, leading goal setting, planning and development, and overseeing daily activities and deliverables of the team.
- Must be able to operate in an agile environment and comfortable with changing priorities.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, proactive mindset, can anticipate questions, automate answers to routine questions.
- Experience architecting Big Data systems, pipelines and data processing including ETLs is a plus
- Experience working within the Information Security domain is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) is a plus
