JOB PURPOSE:
A professional with experience in areas such as Financial Planning %26amp; Analysis, MI Reporting, Change Management, Closing %26amp; Reporting, People Management and Stakeholder management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Finance Business Partner for the business/ functions with focus on improving and manage business financials.
  • Ensure that the quality is not compromised and be on top of all financial activities assigned like
  • Management reporting, Business and Client Performance, Financial Analysis, Variance Analysis.
  • Completely owning all the deliveries of the individuals, working in close with onshore Finance stakeholders.
  • Understanding the financial processes end to end and quick in understanding the ad hoc requirements with ensuring quality and TAT of the output.
  • Understanding all the revenue lines and systems and is able to design and create various MI which can be shared with Businesses/ Functions for taking important decisions.
  • Stakeholder management and escalation handling for the teams.
  • Continually reviewing all assigned processes in order to identify opportunities for quality and process design improvement.
  • Understand the data flow chart and various IT systems used in the organization and recommend changes.
  • Upholding the Values of the Group and Company at all times.
  • Compliance with all applicable Rules/ Regulations and Company and Group Policies.

KEY COMPETENCIES %26amp; EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong understanding of products and Strategic mindset, coupled with thorough understanding of Finance.
  • Experience of having led teams including senior %26amp; experienced professionals.
  • Have worked in Financial Planning %26amp; Analysis, Variance Analysis, Stakeholder management, MI Reporting.
  • Ability to quickly understand and connect business drivers.
  • Significant experience in working with senior management team and interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to understand financial statements and its drivers and synthe them into meaningful analysis as required. Develop analysis %26amp; interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making.
  • A leader, a team player with the management ability and track record to secure the confidence and respect of the peers, stakeholders and the executive management team.
  • Ability to culturally orient in diverse %26amp; international team environment and lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority %26amp; build on unstructured formative situations

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Chartered Accountant or MBA with 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP%26amp;A.
  • Effective communication skills, including presenting and influencing senior management.
  • Excellent Excel %26amp; PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Solid people and project management skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to influence others in decision making
  • Relationship and stakeholder management skills.
  • Initiative and proactive thinking.
