- Deliver web experiences that are highly crafted and rewarding to the Flipgrid educator community by coordinating and developing back-and-front end solutions.
- Collaborate with web, design, and API teams to ensure the goals of the product are aligned with the delivered feature or service.
- Deliver experiences that are user-focused and adhere to accessibility standards.
- Work with the product development team in driving innovative approaches to solving complex problems.
- Maintain code standards regarding quality, privacy, accessibility, security, documentation, etc.
- a strong working knowledge of building and interfacing with rest apis.
- 3+ years of ruby or rails experience with an emphasis on building, maintaining, and testing large-scale applications.
- 2+ years of experience delivering solutions leveraging relational databases (postgresql or mysql).
- 3+ years of front-end web development experience (html, javascript, css, usability testing).
- experience using a modern javascript framework (react, vue, angular).
- 2+ years developing features and experiences for
- demonstrated ability to debug, troubleshoot, and optimize for high performance user experiences.

- experience developing features end-to-end with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and accessibility.
- strong product communication skills and experience working closely with design teams.
- experience building accessible applications that follow wcag and ada specifications.
