Job Responsibilities
- Partner with the various teams across the company to support athenahealth’s business applications by advising best practices, recommending process improvements and implementing system enhancements that advance the goals of the business
- Performs daily administration tasks and work on tickets.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation.
- Conduct Regular office hours & new hire trainings.
Typical Qualifications
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated the ability to transform business requirements into system improvements that ultimately advance the initiatives of a growing organization. The attributes of the successful candidate are described here:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, computer science or related field.
- Overall, 2-4 years of Admin experience on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, other Office365 applications
- Good exposure on writing sql scripts, powershell , C#.
- Good exposure on Migration tools
- Willing to explore & adapt to new technologies like Power platform etc
- Strong focus on providing service to customer
- Out of box thinking, Flexible /Critical thinking skills a must
- Able to sell concepts/design & benefits to multiple audiences
- Able to work independently & in-diverse, co-located & remote teams
- Good to have exposure on other tools like Smartsheet, Lucid charts etc
- Must have good presentation & communication skills
