  • providing vital support related to the area of indirect tax compliance, specifically related to India.
  • will be responsible for the preparation and filing of the India GST returns for multiple registrations of various Cisco India entities.
  • The candidates will have to analyze, interpret data and prepare reconciliation reports to drive the compliance activity.
  • Should also have to assist in tax audits for Cisco India entities, including liaison with service provider
  • Support various IT improvement projects and automation related initiatives
  • Work with internal tax/finance/accounting colleagues on end-to-end processes.
  • Support, implementing and standardizing tax compliance processes.

  • A candidate with a Bachelor’s degree with 4 – 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years meaningful experience in Taxation domain. The candidate should possess good communication skills & should be able to collaborate closely efficiently / optimally with both internal & external teams.
  • The Applicant should pose working knowledge of In-direct tax law, including GST & should have prior experience in handling In-direct tax compliance of a large multinational organization.
  • The candidate should be able to handle the monthly compliance activities with accurate supervision / mentorship & should assist the team in completion of tax filings on a timely basis.
  • The candidate should possess a working knowledge of SAP / Oracle ERP & needs to work independently analyse & work on the reports generated from these tools. The candidate should have a keen desire to understand the various technical process & should have an open mind to suggest & bring in improvements.
