As discussed, plan the BA drive between 12 noon to 2 PM IST on Tuesday, 9th July.
Below skillset is MUST along with the details provided in JD attached.
1.Sound knowledge and experience in handling of SCCM 2012 related issues in Desktop Side.
2.Hands on experience in Implementing the Group Policies.
3.L3 knowledge in Windows OPerating System.
4.Hands on experience in troubleshooting the Desktop Security Products (McAfee, Cylance, Digital Guardian, Thycotic etc)
5.L3 Knowledge in resolving of ANY Desktop Related Issues
6.Record of handling High Call volumes in large enterprises (world wide) .
7.Very good verbal and written communication skills.
