Job Description:
1) Job Purpose:
To execute all processes & activities of Post Policy Issuance, Documentation and Operations (Reconciliation and MIS), Receipting & Audit of all the products offered by each vertical in a timely and accurate manner so as to support Sales & Customer Service in meeting the business objectives.

Supporting Actions
Receipting & Reconciliation of Collection
Sufficient and continuous follow up with branches for statement against which Cheque/NEFT are received. Creation of transaction ID. Preparation of accurate cheque master file on monthly basis in a specified format along with service tax &TDS breakup. Preparation of NEFT tracker & sending the details to branches for unidentified receipts & following up for the same on daily basis.
Income Booking
Responsible for quality checks on the entries processed in AUM.
Documents attached to each transactions as per the details given by the shares team. All Income booked should have relevant supporting documents & same should be uploaded.
Proper checklist should be followed while uploading the policy copies.
Ensure all details are captured & reporting correctly.
Debtors Management – Brokerage & Service Tax
Monthly Compilation of income figure in brokerage receivable file & tallying the total income with monthly income register. Reconcile the receipts & identifying any short/ excess receipts & subsequent resolution. Receipts reconciliation with accounts, Interfile reconciliation – Customer and Cheque file, Customer & Debtors file, with proper ageing.
MIS Management
Deliver Daily operations figures in the Dashboards maintained and updated and MIS is shared with the stakeholder
Expense Management
Ensure proper invoices are received and paid within the agreed TAT. Further ensure Timely resolution of branch queries and submission of invoice to accounts for payment.
Submission of monthly provisions to accounts as per the agreed timelines. Maintain accuracy and Justifications in provision figure. Ensure proper backup for Provision figures is maintained on monthly basis.
Audit Management
Providing and maintenance of documents for Audit trail purpose and resolution for audit queries
Brokerage & Service Tax Invoice Raising
It’s a crucial activity, timely submission will ensure quicker collections which in turn would positively impact the profit & loss Invoice no. should be update in customer master to ensure 100% invoice are raised for all receipts.
Any Other Initiative
Initiatives on process and control aspect, increasing productivity, automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Commerce
Minimum Experience Level:
4-5 Years
