The Global Payroll Accountant in TRT is responsible for the overall global payroll process across 14 different countries that includes accurate payroll computation and transactions processing in accordance to deadlines, timely addressing employee inquiries and ensuring that TRT Payroll processes complies with government regulations in various countries with TRT presence.

Responsibilities:
Ensuring timely and accurate Payroll computation and transaction processing in accordance to deadlines and government regulations in various countries
Maintenance and Updating payroll records, recording of Expense claims, Leaves, Salary Advances, Benefits, TAX and Deduction, reflecting it in Payroll computation
Ensuring accurate data / TAX / benefits computation and timely payments of payroll related payables
Prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Completing of Last Pay computation of separated employees
Preparation and recording of bi-monthly payroll entries in NetSuite
Monthly updating Payroll records based on the information providing by HR team to ensure that payroll records are accurate and up to date
Managing the payroll inbox, timely addressing employees concerns and inquires, keeping them informed for any updates and announcements
Monthly updating the Leave Report based on accruals and number of Leaves for deduction provided by HR Team
Close communication and collaboration with Finance Department in accordance to meet deadlines for Payroll processing
Ensuring of keeping and compliance with all current Payroll Policies, creating Process documents and Procedures to ensure each process in Payroll Team is documented
Assisting the R2R Team in Audit / Tax Compliance and Financial Reporting
Creating and keeping Monthly Payroll Workbooks
Maintenance and updating records of government statutory reports. Responsible for on time payments of all government statutory requirements such as BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, PAYG, PTAX , CPF, Superannuation, etc.
Implement business control measures and conducts regular process testing to ensure that processes meet business controls requirements
Creating and sending out Employees’ Payslips
Preparation of reports requested by Management
Required Skills/Capabilities:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
At least 3 years of working experience in Payroll Accounting across multiple countries would be an advantage
Proficiency in Excel, Word and MS Outlook, experience working in NetSuite
Excellent business communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Attention to details, Global mindset, analytical thinking, proactive approach and initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
The Job role will be a temporary remote / Work-From Home setup
