P&L Ownership and Analytics:
- Performs financial analysis sales analysis and performance reviews to support decision making
- Prepare and review long-term operating budgets and assessment of actual performance versus plan
- Conducts monthly operating reviews provide recommendations for cost and margin optimization
- Recognize and maintain confidential information
- Perform accounting transaction entries
- Perform data profiling exercises; collaborate with technology finance and non-finance teams in resolving issues related to data quality and integrity
- Address and resolve queries on a day to day basis

- Support the development implementation maintenance and communication procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies
Business Support:
- Acquire exhibit and enhance working knowledge of the business and functional aspects of the processes being implemented
- Examine business areas for the proper handling of specific transactions for the correct accounting impact
- Lead Department Managers to create effective budgets using monthly financial reporting to analyse their outcomes and identify cost efficiencies
- Work with Revenue and Finance Managers to generate department-specific reports that monitor and help cut costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and generate business for organization
- Develop schedule for investment transactions and analyse efficiency
- Generate a monthly investment report reviewing operating and investment capital investment performance and cash reserves
- Monitor effective reconciliation of all data and sales reports
- Assist in training and mentoring of department team
