The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
- Design and Build Security Roles with reference to Business Requirements, SAP Best Practice and internal best practice.
- Collaborate with internal SAP security, audit teams and business stakeholders to ensure proper controls are in place for SAP roles and authorizations.
- Incorporate Toxic Risk analysis and Segregation of Duty into role build to remediate critical risk.
- Ensure role design and build supports simplicity and takes into consideration ease of maintenance and ease of provisioning in production systems.
- Ensure roles in non-production systems are maintained.
- Support periodic SAP access reviews, internal projects, coordinating with reviewers and driving timely execution of review.
- Participate in security and controls activities planned throughout the year, including control checks and documentation for internal/external audit.
- Minimum of 5 years%26rsquo; experience with SAP Security
- Monitoring of Security Notes released by SAP
- Minimum of 5 years%26rsquo; experience with designing, building, testing, and deploying business and support roles with S/4 Hana and Fiori roles.
- Experience in designing and implementing security for SAP reporting and analytics solutions such as SAP Business Objects and SAP Cloud Analytics.
- Experience in creation of SECATT and LSMW scripts
- Hands-on experience in designing , building HANA analytical privileges to meet various security requirements
- Experience in troubleshooting authorization issues in S/4 HANA, FIORI ,BOBJ and BW systems
- Knowledge in using CHARM application to move changes through the landscape
- Knowledge in different audit logging tools in S/4 HANA, HANA DB etc..
- Preferred experience with GRC Access Control and the concepts of Business Roles Management, Acces Risk Analysis and Access Request Management.
- Experience in building and updating Segregation of Duties and performing SOD risk analysis at user and role level
- SAP Certified Technology Professional %26ndash; System Security Architect.
