The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
- Be a front line of contact for business for all issues / Requests pertaining to retail applications used for various functions like trading, settlement of funds, securities
- All issues and requests are properly tracked and periodic update is sent to relevant stakeholders.
- All issues and requests are closed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work closely and cohesively with OSV teams to get the expected results
Business
- Effectively conveys our message in both written and verbal business development discussions
- Facilitates business and vendor meetings effectively.
- Holds regular status meetings with all stakeholders.
Processes
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to business.
- Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
People and Talent
- Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor.
- Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each Innovator%26#39;s
- career interests.
- Inspires co-workers to attain goals and pursue excellence.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change.
- Effectively utilizes each team member to his/her fullest potential.

- Preferred having hands on experience in managing PMS applications.
- Proficient in handling and understanding oracle %26amp; SQL database.
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Risk Management
- Capability of highlighting risk to management on time
- To conduct DR / BCP for critical application half yearly
Governance
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of Application Support. Should have sound knowledge of Incident, Problem,
- Release and Change Management.
- Reviews necessary health check and monitoring reports and acts as appropriate.

- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group%26rsquo;s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.
