Business Process Developer
Financial Control and Accounting is the accounting department of the Volvo Group, responsible for all local financial and tax compliance for all legal entities. It requires high efficiency in finance processes, with strong process development and execution competencies in delivery centers.
As a Business Process Developer you will have a domain competence in General Accounting & Fixed Assets. We expect you to drives change management and continuous improvements based on identified business needs, including any necessary and agreed deviations from global processes at local level. You will be responsible to communicate and anchor the Process Management solutions in the line organization and drive implementation.
You will be a member of the Accounting Services Record to Report management team.

Professional knowledge and experience
- Master degree
- Solid experience and knowledge from finance, accounting and tax area
- Experience in implementation of RPA solutions for finance
- Strong drive to lead and facilitate change/development initiatives across the teams and organizations
- Knowledge in Financial Policies and Procedures
- Knowledge in the systems / tools used at Volvo Group,(SAP/R3 and CAPS)
- Extensive experience in driving and developing financial processes
- Experience in working effectively with diverse national and organizational cultures
- Good understanding of the Volvo Group Businesses and Business focus
Key responsibilities
- Drive development and improvements of General Accounting and Fixed Assets process
- Develop and implement RPA solutions for General Accounting and Fixed Assets process
- Drive and challenge the local R2R teams
- Develop motivation, knowledge and team work
- Champion the culture aimed at being in line with AB Volvo values and principles
- Develop lean culture trough VPS
- Act in close co-operation with other Volvo Group units
- Deliver agreed targets for R2R team
- Develop the appropriate network to optimize the end to end process delivery for AB Volvo
