Eaton’sCPD PCD Division is currently seeking for a Cost Accounting Manager to join our team. This position is based at our Haina facility
Supervise all cost accounting activities within Haina campus as well as inventory entries, overseeing annual physical inventory for Haina operations, scrap auditing, developing cost standards, analyzing production costs and recommending changes, hiring, training and supervising cost and inventory accounting staff, administration of the cycle counting process and all cost related process according to EATON Policy requirements.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- All Inventory Accountability Control, performed the following reports:
- Cycle counts
- Inventory report.
- CRDS Shipping stock at Qtr. end
- L-Orders: Products transferred report from one location to another to balance inventory.
- CRDS Scrap reports
- Excess and Obsolete disposition
- ICD Monthly silver inventory count
- Physical Inventory Organization & Performance.
- Local Instructions.
- Supplies and organization of process.
- Personnel Orientation.
- Assignments distribution.
- Accountability verification and control.
- Scrap auditing and accountability, performed by the following reports and activities:
- Identification of worst offenders: Report used to identify material with worst scrap.
- Rework and salvage material opportunity activities.
- General Process Improvement and accuracy.
- BOM Audits and corrections for DR processes.
- Promote continuous routing updates to capture cost improvements and productivity.
- Verify drawing structure versus MAPICS and production actual process.
- DR Cost Accounting closing entries generated in Haina campus.
- Std Cost development for DR Products.
- New Products
- Special orders and Non-stock items.
- Cost Revisions
- Cost roll up
- Burden Rate
- Tack on definition
- Custom Duty information control.
- Calculate dutiable cost and maintain customs duty ICS master.
- Production STD deviation control and accountability.
- Responsible of your development training including Cost Analysis per plants with standard reports.
- Lead the Cost Accounting for the Haina Campus
- Account reconciliations
- Determination of inventory allowance reserves (Shrink, Excess and Obsolete)
- Provide information and documentation to internal and external auditors as required
- Establishment and maintenance of internal controls consistent with corporate requirements and good business practice
- Support NPI and Cost Savings Projects
- Ensure SOX compliance and adherence to the financial policies
Responsibilities related to Health, Safety and Environment (EHS):
- Execute 100% of monthly safety inspection, in coordination with the MESH Coordinator.
- Assist to all MESH training assigned.
- Promote and promulgate all MESH Process and Policies to all the employees under his/her supervisor and ensure that they are being performed at his/her area / manufacturing line.
- Provide all resources needed to ensure that all MESH policies and procedures all performed by his/her personal under his/her supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree on Accounting, Business Administration or other related area.
- Preferable: Master’s degree in Corporate Finance.
- Computer skills/knowledge: Microsoft Office, Vista, AS400 and MAPICS.
- Minimum experience of 7 years on Administration and Cost Accounting Areas.
- Bilingual (Spanish / English).
