Eaton’s ITD-Aerospace Souriau division is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team temporary. This position is based at our Tijuana facility.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance for the facilities equipment, leading the work team to achieve the best results, focused on reducing equipment downtime, as well the improvements that can be implemented to the different teams to obtain the highest efficiency from them.

Some activities related with the position will be:
- Will provide technical support.
- Control of machines down time
- Planning of future activities
- Coordinate daily activities with the team
- Direction and hands-on to the plant in terms of equipment repair and functionality of the machinery and equipment at production area.
- Provide support to equipment installs and creation of robust PM procedure for the machinery – training.
- Troubleshooting and TPM.

#LI-AP01 Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical experience (Mechanical Engineer Preferred).
- Three years
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance on air compressors, HVAC units, cooling towers, Transformers, extractors, etc.
- TPM implementation on facilities equipment
- CNC Machines
- Leadership, Problem Solving, Interpersonal skills, Action Oriented, Team Work
