We have an urgent opening for Mid Level /Senior/Junior US IT Recruiters to work on our Direct Client/VMS requirements. We are located in New Jersey and Hyderabad, India.
1- 5 years of US IT Recruiter exp. must
A good number of years of hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Card EADs, L2 EAD, TN Visa & H1B on all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)
Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. Proficient in hiring hourly, salaried, and subcontracting candidates.
Strong experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Career builder, Tech fetch, and LinkedIn.
Experience working on VMS requirements.
Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
