The Business Analyst is responsible to conduct legal research and gather all legal information from internal/external stakeholders that seek legal and regulatory support. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Matter Management & Legal Operations
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-reliant and motivated self-starter
  • Project and task oriented with a focus on details
  • Ability to work well within group or individually on projects
  • Successful completion of projects where programming languages are used to solve problems desired
  • Ability to carry out all policies and procedures as established by the team, department, or company at large
  • Review business requirement and the feasibility
  • Problem solving, RCA skills
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions.
