Business Title: Senior Analyst – Contribution Services Role: Business Analyst Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 5 – 7 years Shift: Primarily UK (2 PM – 11 PM), Open to work in US shift as & whenneeded (5.30 PM/6.30 PM – 2.30 AM/3.30 AM) Role Purpose: To be part of dedicated Contribute Team – a highly processdriven team, focused on improving the experience of our clients and their research providers in the interactions realm(achieved via preparation of bespoke reports for our clients, managing configurations and setups and facilitating automated uploads to thesystem). (Technical) SQL 2. (Technical) Excel VBA Deliverables and Tasks: 1. Ensuring the quality of interactions data is maintained at its best. Thisrequires Daily Data analysis. 2. Responsible for life cycle of all application users including the onesusing the automated interface to upload their data 3. Regular tracking of any failed data upload using the automated interfaceand ensuring amendment of data via follow ups. 4. Communication of all instructions, requirements and constraints toresearch providers on behalf of the asset managers. 5. Collaborate with the Product Management/Implementation team and contributetowards the stability and vision of the application based on the feedback from the end users and studying the industrytrend. 6. Support the product usage and respond to business queries from AssetManagers and Brokers for assistance over emails and/or calls. 7. Coordinate with Dev/testing to support new product developments andexisting product enhancements. Analyse client suggestions and should be able to formulate and recommend productenhancements/solutions. 8. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve Data/Application/API issues anderrors reported by Users. 9. Implement changes and improvements to the procedures and processes to copewith a rapidly evolving system environment. 10. Providing support to various other teams in the organization.
