Business Title: General Manager – Finance
Your tasks and responsibilities:


• Full responsibility for Trade Finance in Healthineers Zone India as part of the global Healthineers Treasury Trade Finance team.
• Act as first point of contact within Healthineers Zone India for advising sales and project management teams on guaranty and letters of credit wordings and risks thereunder.
• Manage Healthineers Bank Partners for Trade Finance operations including selection of banks, negotiation of credit lines and ongoing optimization of service quality and pricing.
• Full responsibility for management of daily Trade Finance operations, e. g. answer queries from sales, request guaranty issuances from banks, amendments, cancellations etc.
• Exercise relevant governance and ensure compliance of Trade Finance operations with Healthineers Treasury guidelines as well as all internal controls and audit requirements.
• Continuously strive to digitalize and automate admin tasks to the maximum extent possible with the trade finance IT systems including integration of our bank partners.
• Provide training to internal stakeholders on guaranty & LC processes and know-how transfer to ensure best-in-class operations and risk management.
Your qualifications and experience:


• You have completed a university degree in business administration (with specialization in finance) or a similar field
• You have around 8-12 years of professional experience in a finance/banking environment, ideally in guarantees, trade finance and deal structuring where you have performed above mentioned tasks. Alternatively, experience within a Corporate Treasury department covering Trade Finance activities is appreciated, too.
• Experience in designing and optimizing processes is required, preferably within digitalization & automation context.
• You have already managed to build up proven experience in project management by delivering small projects by yourself beyond daily operational tasks.
• You have the ability to manage multiple stake holders’ expectations.
• Having the ability to lead a small team is advantageous.
• Intense collaboration with the business will be key.
Your attributes and skills:


• You have strong conceptual skills and proven experience in process analysis and design.
• You are well organized and have outstanding communication and consulting skills in liaising with internal partners (such as Business Area Sales, Finance, and Legal) as well as external partners (such as Banks, Customers, and Suppliers).
• Your working style is characterized by a high degree of independence, and you demonstrate strong result orientation combined with a proactive personality
• Proficient user of Office 365 suites; implementation experience in Power Apps, Business Intelligence (e. g. Qlik) or automation software (e. g. UI Path) is advantageous.
• You have proven knowledge in Trade Finance products (such as UCP 600 and URDG ICC).
