Inviting applications for the role of BA, Data Analyst!
The position is based out of Gurgaon, India and the focus of the role is to have enterprise level experience for Data Migration (legacy modernization) and being able to setup the new database architecture and help develop an efficient & streamlined process for ETL/WB, data management, data requirements for model development, validation, scoring, monitoring, etc. Key Responsibilities:
- To deal with huge data, have good understanding on data science and have worked on relational databases.
- Analyzing data and provide key findings with potential business impact
- Mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either human or machine.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
- Solving problems by applying knowledge of data mining and machine learning.
- Ensuring Quality through best practices and compliance to framework, architecture and coding standards.
Technical Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
- expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
- Strong skills with the ability to collect, prioritize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and experience of tools required: SAS, SQL, Python, Excel.
- Good to have Big Data/Data Lake, Google Cloud experience for Data storage and Data ingestion/ transformation.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- B.E. in Computer Science, Information systems or Computer engineering, Masters in Economics, Statistics or Mathematics
- High level of intellectual curiosity about the Data Science and Analytics
- Extensive Experience with Analytics products and solutions
Preferred qualifications
- Passion for analytics, technology and a keen learner to stay abreast on what’s latest
- Ability to encourage and inspire change in technology application
- Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Conflict management and negotiation skills
- Skill gap identification and development of our global teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
