Job Description
Job Purpose
· To support the finance function in key areas of financial analysis, business support and financial reporting.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
o Handle the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana Scheme for passing interest subsidy to customer.
o Handling Internal Audit , NHB refinance audit & PMAY Inspection compliance
o Examine the HL & HE DSA, connector payout and retention team incentive, and
o conduct the regional P & L concall with all the RCM & RSM at Pan India level.
o Publish disbursal in transit MIS, valuation P & L, and monthly hiring of manpower hiring cost analysis.
o Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual budgets, ensuring confidentiality of financial data and proprietary information.
o Prepare and publish budget vs. expense variance analysis on a monthly basis and identify cost saving& process improvements
o Prepare location wise & product wise profitability and present the same at board meetings.
o Ensure compliance with all regulatory norms and filing of refinance claims with the regulatory bodies (NHB)
o Ensure accurate and efficient MIS preparation.
o Generate cost center and profit centers
o Track travel limits employee wise quarterly and annually.
o Collate and keep track of a detailed analysis of all expenses on a monthly basis
