YOU MUST HAVE

  • Degree in Finance or AccountingHands on in Experience in EWC/Local HR/LER activities coordinationHands on experience in being the SME and Leading Transformation projects in Fin FunctionsOverall 12 to 14 years of experience with at least 3 to 5 years of Functional/Operation experience and 3 to 5 years of Transformation ExperienceGood understanding of the Finance Operating ModelExperience in team management
