Sutherland is seeking an attentive and analytical person to join us as a Business/Data Analyst to be responsible for client requirement gathering, analysis and deriving actionable insights. The candidate should preferably have US healthcare domain knowledge with strong MS Office skills. The candidate would also preferably need to have experience in handling BI tools and SQL analysis. Responsibilities:
• Keep management updated: Relay vital information in the form of timely and accurate reports
• Impact the bottom line: Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis and/or keen observations
• Define Sutherland’s reputation: Oversee and manage performance and ability to provide high quality deliverables to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations
• Take the lead: Work on the standard code sets for health information exchange, integration, sharing and retrieval.

• Education: Any Graduate BTech/BE/MCA
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years
• Working Location: Sutherland KP Office , Hyderabad
• Pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
• Should have experience in understanding of client business model
• Should have the knowledge of Use Case Model, Use Cases
• Should have expertise in understanding client requirement and documenting it

• Development of high-quality database solutions
• Develop, implement and optimize stored procedures and functions using T-SQL
• Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements
• Research required data
• Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables
• Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
• Develop procedures and scripts for data migration
• Provide timely scheduled management reporting
• Knowledge on BI Tools is preferred
• Plan, coordinate, develop and support ETL processes including architecting table structure, building ETL process, documentation, and long-term preparedness.
• Develop cross validation rules to ensure mapping accuracy.
• Data Warehousing experience is preferred.
• Preferably US healthcare domain knowledge is required.
• Proficient in MS Office
