Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for monthly invoice analysis, validation, and first-level approval on telecom invoices.
Provide prompt approval and vendor escalation to streamline invoice process including
I. Provide Supplier Access to Vendor Portals
II. Changing Account to Paperless
III. Executing amendments to LOAs
IV. Redirecting Paper invoices to Supplier
Provide electronic and scanned copies of paper invoices to Supplier within defined SLA of receipt if Customer is responsible for receiving.
Assist with Vendor escalation. Provide approval to Supplier to process PDF invoices in lieu of electronic invoices to meet applicable Supplier Service Level Target.
Provide approval for new or closed Vendor account request within the defined SLA.

I. Resolving invoice and inventory exceptions
II. Validating remit address change
III. Confirming Invoice allocation
IV. Resolving Billing exceptions
V. Approving invoice for Payment
· Submit billing disputes with the telecom vendors
· Investigate credits on invoices to see what cost center gets them
· Review monthly reports to look for anomalies. Investigate
· When new contract pricing is implemented, verify it is reflected on invoices. Do first invoice reviews with telecom providers.
· Attend monthly telecom provider service operational meetings
· For new invoice, validate services. Determine / verify the proper cost center and GL account number
· Resolve cost center errors on AP feeds. Determine the correct cost center
· Open tickets whenever necessary to update inventories
· Audit charges and look for high cost sites; investigate lower cost options with internal Transform teams and telecom vendors
· Answer questions (telephone calls / emails) on telecom billing hitting internal cost centers
Required Skill set:
2-4 years’ experience in Telecom expense management (preferable)
Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and variance reporting)
Excellent communication and Problem-solving skills, Ability to prioritize workload.
