Job Description :
• Cost Reporting on Finance Transaction Cycles (FTCs) including Workforce tracking, MTP production and actuals analysis whilst helping to provide meaningful insight and analysis
• Operating in partnership with Human Resources to support personnel and talent-related initiatives, with particular focus on the Diversity & Inclusion agenda
• Helping drive colleague engagement initiatives and support management communications promoting Finance initiatives
• Supporting effective oversight of all organisational/team requirements relating to technology, real estate, people and communications in conjunction with relevant partners across the firm
• Supporting FTC Governance on critical control activities in partnership with the CCO team, such as Records Inventory and RCSAs
What will you be doing
Strategy and Finance
o Assisting with implementation of Target Operating Model, business development, and financial and non-financial resource allocation, providing strategic insight and thought leadership to the Business/Function head
o Helping to provide tactical and strategic analysis to influence and inform short and long-term business decision-making
o Partner with IT to lead development and management of technology platforms in regards to change projects as well as BAU activities
o Support the management of all non-staff direct spend budgets, policies, and cost recoveries
o Proactively identify resource optimisation opportunities
Defining and Executing Change:
o Identify areas for continuous improvement on behalf of Business/Function Head, including suggesting and implementing efficiencies, and strategic value-adds
o Help execute visionary changes on behalf of the Business/Function Head, leveraging existing partnerships to implement key pieces of work within existing resource pool
What we’re looking for :
 Strong experience in a Business Management function with an excellent understanding of working with leaders on a day-to-day basis.
 Established and evidenced leadership credentials; proven ability to maintain energy and resilience within an organisation throughout a period of change and/or against significant challenges
 Degree qualification as a minimum
 Significant experience in financial services; experience on an international scale preferred
 Experience in operating in a multi-geographic, matrix organisation a plus, with proven ability to balance commercial, client, and regulatory needs across businesses and geographies
 Management experience of leading teams

 Ability to balance multiple critical requests from various stakeholders and prioritise in the right order
 Ability to drive and execute deliverables in short time frames and work with limited supervision and able to thrive in a challenging and ever changing environment
 Ability to develop and maintain constructive relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels and geographies of the organization.
 Strong Communication skills across a variety of forums and mediums. Proven ability to distil information into key messages and deliver succinctly according to audience
 Ability to develop business strategy, communicate in clear and confident manner, and act independently to implement, sometimes using creativity in approach
