JOB PROFILE-Periodical reporting to senior management and directors of the Company.
• Coordination with Internal and Statutory auditors.
• Managing and coordinating monthly reporting, budgeting and forecast processes.
• Ensuring the organization meets all its statutory and l e g a l compliances.
• Oversee the duties of the accounting team.
• Implement authorization process and accounting system of financial transactions.
• Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies.
• Finalization annual and periodic financial statement and various supporting documents and report. •
Finalization of Corporate and non corporate tax liability like Income Tax, TDS, TCS, GST,PF,ESI, e.t.c •
Manage the full banking process of the organization.
Practical knowledge and understanding of Key Provisions of GST, Income Tax, DGFT, EPF, ESI, Companies Act,
Custom Act.
• Review and Finalization of periodical return under different law like Income Tax, GST, MSME, FSSAI, etc. •
Debtors and Creditor Analysis.
• Preparation and presentation of required documents and supporting to reply against notice of Department like
(Income Tax, GST, Custom, ESI & EPF, Labor Law, Factories Act, etc.)
• Prepare CMA Data and DPR (Detailed Project Report) to raised fund for the organization. • Analyzing drawing
Power and preparation of Stock statement related to working capital loan of the organization. • Calculation of Net
worth of the Organization.
• Valuation of the organization or Particular Segment or Assets or Liability etc.
• Knowledge and Understating of AGM/EGM Notice, Resolutions, Minutes Books etc. •
Knowledge and Understating of Director’s Report and Notice of Board Meeting.
• Participated as Internal Audit Head.
• Knowledge of Incorporation of Company/Partnership Firm/LLP.
• Knowledge of obtaining registration in GST/EPF/Import Export Code/MSME/Labor license etc.
