Mission:
The Financial Operations Admin will work with our shared services accounting department supporting multiple entities. In this newly created position, the Financial Operations Coordinator will support the Time, Expense, and Project Management from an ERP/ operations perspective. This will include setting up/ maintenance of projects in OpenAir. This will also include answering all ticket requests in a timely manner.
Duties:
Shift Timing: 1:30PM to 10:30PM IST (Vary on daylight saving)
Track employee time and expense entry/approval according to company policies and be able to communicate the results.
Add users and create initial assignments upon requests
Accurately input people plans/Assignments from management into OpenAir.
Run and create reports/analysis in Excel and OpenAir to support system functions
Update employee profiles including but not limited to Vacation, Titles, Cost Rates, Bill Rates according to policies/contracts.
Manage client and Vendor profiles within the system to assure they are up to date.
Map costs to appropriate locations in Job Summary Reports
Be able to communicate issues in a timely manner to management.
Develop working relationships with employees as part of being in a shared service organization.
Helping users with issues relating to the submission of time and expenses.
Month-end follow up from all user for time submission
Month-end follow up from all managers for time approval
Business Experience:
· Experience in accounting systems/ project management
· Strong Excel Skills required
· Knowledge of Unanet, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, OpenAir or Quickbooks a plus
Corporate Experience:
· Ability to communicate to employees at all levels of the company from staff to senior management
· Strong verbal and written skills
· High level of initiative to work alone or as part of a team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field. Finance/Accounting a plus
3-10 years experience in a professional setting
