Situation in the Organization:
- 75% cyber security reporting to Co. Asia CISO
- 25% network reporting to Co. India CIO
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Cyber Security :
• Act as internal expert on matters relating to intrusion detection and incident response, and lead investigations into network intrusions and other cyber security breaches.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of security monitoring and incident response processes and solutions as required to support cyber security program.
• Participate in cyber security roadmap to deliver projects according to planning
• Safeguard information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
• Conduct security awareness trainings on a regular basis
Network:
• Configuring, administrating and troubleshooting Network switches, routers, servers, security tools, LAN/WAN, WIFI and firewalls infra.
• Response to Network and Security Incidents on time and perform the necessary troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue by coordinating with Group Security and network team and maintain the SLA as per Co.s standard.
• Managing Network Projects and new initiatives based on Agile and traditional waterfall Frameworks, accountable for meeting commitments as per the schedule by achieving high stakeholder/business satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in information security or in a related field
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in Cyber Security
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities (Including statutory guidelines, procedures, equipment, software applications)
- Proficiency with any of the following: Anti-Virus, vulnerability scanning solutions, patch management
- Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving ability and process improvement mindset
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Experience working in an international environment
- Experience coordinating complex response activities with IT services department
