Job Description:
1. 15-20 years of IT Industry experience
2. Ability to see big picture and Understanding of Strategic vision of IT infrastructure landscape of clients
3. Demonstrated track record in 5-10 years of project/program management experience in end-to-end IT Infrastructure Transformation/Migration/Upgrade/Implementation projects and IT Operations Transition projects
4. Projects managed in technology areas: Network/Compute/OS/Database/Storage/Back-up/Digital work place technologies
5. Project Environments: Data Centers, HCI, Public/Private/Hybrid cloud
6. Ability to lead, estimate, plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously
7. Good knowledge and experience in Project Plan creation using MPP
8. Experience in managing projects for clients from USA/EU/UK/APAC geographies
9. International work experience is an advantage
10. Manage projects within Fixed Price Budget, Tight Schedules with Excellent Quality
11. Effective Risk, Issue, constraint management to eliminate and mitigate business impact
12. Customer and internal Stakeholder Management, Crisp and unambiguous Status Reporting, Articulation and Communication
13. Ability to manage conflict within the team as well as with stakeholder groups.
14. Effective direction to Team, coordination, communication and People performance Management
15. Past technical experience in managing IT infrastructure implementation lead/engineer roles in
16. Ability to collaborate eco system of enabling functions within organization, other vendor teams and technology partners.
17. Exposure in execution of Multi-vendor, Multi-team, Multiple/Complex projects
18. Pre-sales Effort estimation, RFP response support exposure experience
19. Ability to write statement of works (SOWs)
20. Certification: PMP, ITIL (Nice to have, not a must)
21. Willingness to work in shift and/or odd hours to support customer deliverables, major production outages and technical responses to proposals solution.
22. Flexible to travel on short notice
23. Educational Background: Engineering Degree in Comp Science or MCA
