Roles and responsibilities:
Provide support and guidance to SCRUM teams in a complex development environment.
Provide technical leadership to the development teams on product development stream
Liaise and help teams to co-ordinate with global team members (and seniors) in a culturally diverse global work set up.
Ensure proper resourcing and skills on the teams, own hiring.
Define and ensure the following of best practices (dev and SCRUM) for delivering best-in-class solutions to clients.
Stakeholder management, drive discussions between product development, and other Operations and services teams.
Handle all administrative and operational aspects of team management and delivery
Team management aspects (not limited to):
Foster a positive team culture where people can speak their mind without hesitation
Facilitate the teams on all fronts – learning, team building, delivery
Provide appreciation and recognition in a timely and appropriate manner
Manage conflicts/issues to amenable resolution.
Control attrition, grow stable teams.
