PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Eaton is a power management company actively engaged in growing our market share within the IT Channel through a focus on eTailers.We are looking for highly curious, adaptive sellers who have a passion for helping customers make purchasing decisions within our IT Channel. In this highly complex marketspace the applicant should be comfortable synthesising & using information from a wide range of sources to help our partners seek out active markets for growth.
You should have experience of transforming partner relationships by demonstarting how you help partners understand the offer and support the needs of markets they are managing bringing these to successful outcomes. You will be expeienced in delivering end to end campaigns from creation though to measurement of effectiveness and indification of areas for improvement
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong understanding of strategy and our channel customer needs. This role is expected to be the subject matter expert in trading online and really drive our proactive growth through digital channels
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Should be perfect interface between our IT distributors and targeted etailers in order to facilitate the setup and the follow-up from content, data, sales and marketing perspective
  • You will need to 100% customer focused by simplifying route to market through our distributors
  • Setup forecast between etailers, IT distributors and our supply chain and being agile to adapt permanently to the demand
  • Plan, setup and follow marketing action plans in collaboration with central team – Marketing digital capabilities is an important added-value (SEO, keywords, etc…)
  • Create a complete etailers network including also 3rd parties through different marketplaces to be able to manage and monitor a complete eco-system
  • Develop B2C and B2B etail approach in accordance with our global IT Channel strategy
  • Having data management skills is an added value to be able to manage and follow content for etailers which is critical part for sales
  • Apply pricing policy in agreement with central team and local objectives
  • Build strong relationships with the channel team and backoffice supporting functions

Qualifications
What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Business & Sales related education
  • In depth experience in eTail business through the channel (2-5 years) eg Amazon or similar marketplaces
  • Strong analytical skills to identify concerns and opportunities
