Educational Qualification
– B.Com with proficiency in computers.
HANDS ON WORKING EXPERIENCE OF ‘BILLING’ IN ‘TALLY’ IS VERY MUCH MANDATORY OF MINIMUM 2 YEARS

A person who been responsible for purchase and sales billing of individual products, billing cycle system management and warehouse management.
– Should have a good command over English communication. At least basic English spoken, and written English required since a lot of communication has to be done over emails.
Job Description :-
Maintaining inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system – Generating various reports as required and timely submission of the same – Processing orders by invoicing against purchase orders of the respective customers – Organizing the dispatch and delivery of stocks in coordination with the courier agency – Timely dispatch of products as per requirements – Ensuring proper care and safety of the stocks storage – Communicating via mails and telephone to the customers as and when needed for various aspects. – Timely payments follow ups from customers. – Handling Customer Service – Maintaining proper documentation as per regulations.
Experience and Compensation
– We need an experienced candidate having an experience of 2-3 years into Billing (Supply Chain) profile who has handled purchase and sales billing of individual products, billing cycle system management and warehouse management.
– Salary depending on their last CTC and between INR 1.80 lacs to 2.40 lacs per annum.
