The Role Responsibilities
Background:
- A key priority for Core Finance Change as part of the Aspire Program is to establish a centre of excellence across core finance functions, SAP suite of products and new ways of working.
- The Change Lead role in India will play a critical role as a member of the Aspire Core Finance Change CoE responsibility for the end-end solution delivery of core finance change projects across core finance functions including Finance functions; Ledger, Consolidation, Financial and Management Reporting, Cost allocations and transfer pricing, planning and performance management; Master Data Governance, covering a range of integrated SAP products like S4 HANA, PAPM, BPC, MDG, etc
- The role will report into the Head Financial Reporting Program %26amp; Delivery Lead. The role will include senior stakeholder engagement, project management responsibility, solution / process design, operational delivery, risk and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
The Core Finance Change Lead- will be:
- Involved in solution design and delivery across multiple SAP products (S4 HANA, BPC, MDG, Ariba, Concur) covering multiple core finance functions including Ledger, Consolidation, Master Data, Supply Chain, Financial and Management Reporting.
- Enough technical knowledge to eliminate reliance on deep subject matter experts to conduct initial impact assessments, define priorities and route tasks to the appropriate competencies
- Responsible for managing deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with various project/program teams, stakeholders; finance stakeholders across geographies, process and technology teams.
- Evidence of strong Change Management skills, enabling the delivery of multiple divers
- Responsible for detailed design of the end to end Planning and consolidation- design documents, and process flows.
- Rules and Logic writing for Cube design, Data Transformation logic writing
- Script Logic Programming (Dimension %26amp; Worksheet) for Currency Conversions, Inter Company Eliminations, Security Set up (Task Profile, Member Access Profiles, Users and Teams), Work Status Settings, Business process Flows (BPF%26rsquo;s).
- Prepared Business Requirement Documents (BRD%26rsquo;s), Business Blueprint (BBP%26rsquo;s) and Application Design documents (ADD%26rsquo;s).
- Business Rules Configuration, Creation of Application Set, Dimensions, Properties and maintaining members, Applications and applying Dimensions, Business Rules, Transformation File, Conversion file
- Script Logic and developments and Master data configuration for Consolidation Processes
- Configuring various reporting templates for Generation of Consolidation reports
- BPC application architecture, performance enhancement using Lite and full optimizations.
- Configured Intercompany elimination with Interco members, business rules, and script logic.
- Creation/Maintain of BPC Audit reports and comments.
- Configured Data Manager Packages to upload flat file using Conversion file and transformation files.
- Scripts in SQL (stored procedures, functions, and triggers) to supplement data transformation and improve the performance of the data extractions.
- Finance reports: FASTCAST Summary operations, FASTCAST Consolidated EBITDA by Profit Centre, Cash flow, Interest expense, Working capital etc.
- Legal Consolidation reports: Income Statement Report, Balance Sheet report, Audit Report and Intercompany matching %26amp; elimination, Cash Flow report, Consolidated Summary of Operations and Consolidated Balance sheet by Company code etc.
- Documentation, training users and supported the BPC system
- Ensure effective integration with the wider SAP BPC and Non-SAP applications for required data feed for BPC
- Responsible for overall readiness from end to end testing %26ndash; building test strategy, test business preparation, test execution, training to UAT users, Defect Fixing in for testing cycles such as UT, SIT and UAT
- Conduct end user training for all the business user, end users and power user to use PAPM different calculation, generate reports for month end closure and year end closure.
- Support documentation of target operating model / process design
- Successful conversion of solution into live production operating rhythm, supporting GPO%26rsquo;s and product owners through all aspects of transition
This role requires strong techno functional design skills along with experience in implementing new technology platforms from design through into BAU. Strong business analysis skills, sound process definition experience, ability to learn and understand the functional areas and data requirements and good interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders across multiple locations are all preferred skillsets.

Our Ideal Candidate
- Charted Accountant or ICWAI with 15+ years of experience working within financial services, preferably SAP S/4 HANA FICO %26ndash; AP / AR , GL , CO-PA, BPC , BW
- Hands on experience on configuring SAP BPC Modules along with good functional skills to support customised reports and business rules
- Hands on experience on Cost Centre Accounting (CCA), Internal Order analytical and functional skills to support and configure
- In depth knowledge and experience of configuring BPC for different business functionalities integrating different data feed
- Experience in gathering and documenting business %26amp; functional requirements and analysis for BPC rules, dimensions calculation
- Competent enough to implement BPC from scratch such as defining the different dimension, business rule and integrating with different data feed
- Knowledge of AO report from BPC will be an added advantage
- Able to design cost allocation and Price transfer processes at both a conceptual and operational level
- Strong background in Banking Financial terminology and respective configuration in BPC , SAP S/4 HANA FICO and integrated with AO reporting
- Experience in transitioning new solutions into a BAU operational environment.
