Job Role:
Assisting in preparing Indian GAAP consolidated results on quarterly basis and full-fledged consolidated financial statements annually
Regulatory reporting for the consolidated Bank to RBI
Preparing of Intercompany confirmations & JV
Assisting in all other quarter/ year ending Consolidation activities
Financial statement analysis
Analysis of variance of consolidated results
Knowledge of Companies Act, RBI regulations for accounting and Regulatory reporting’s like CME, CAPAD
Ind AS knowledge – Bank will move to Ind AS post confirmation from RBI. Currently Subs prepare Ind AS financials
LIKELY LEARNINGS
Working knowledge of financial services business across verticals
Consolidated financial statements
Ind AS and Indian GAAP accounting standards knowledge
Financial statement analysis
Job Requirements:
B Com/ MCom / ICWA/ACCA with about 1-3 yrs experience
Knowledge of Ind AS
Oracle knowledge will be preferable
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PPT)
Reasonable orientation / understanding of Kotak Group and how they function, and/or their key drivers
Good inter personal skills and communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Highly motivated and self-starter
