Roles and Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of Capex , Lease Accounting, Security Desposit, of SRL, NBL and ORIPL.
Chartered Accountant with 5+ year relevant experience from industry. Working knowledge of Ind AS, Working knowledge of SAP r3 Preferably Asset Module
Job Description :
1) Overall responsibility of Lease processing ,Security deposits , dealing with Land lords, and reconciliation
2) Ind AS 116 , 109 accounting
3) Over all responsibility of capital expenditure , Capex bill processing and Capitalisation
4) Overall responsibility of Insurance, handling the whole insurance portfolio , timely renewal , negotiation with vendor for getting right rate.
5) Overall responsibility of payroll accounting including trust accounts
6) Handling Auditors for end to end closure
7) Statutory Audit
8) Financial Statement closure with Team
9) Fixed Asset verification
10) Regular meeting with All key stakeholder
11) Cashflow planing
