Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate thought leadership for evolving Tata Communications Hybrid SDWAN WAN products and services, solving complex business requirements and achieving business outcomes. Work with the engineering teams of various SDWAN OEMs and startup vendors for shaping their products to suit TCLs needs and integration their solutions for evolving TCLs SDWAN related services.
• Act as a leader and mentor for a team of network engineers on new and evolving technology areas
• Assist in producing architectural designs for complex overlay networks.
• Identifies skills and business shortfalls and establishes programs to address them.
• Collaborates proactively with internal and external CFT teams to address complex technical requirements and new product / service requirements.
• Ability to grasp complex design concepts across Networking, Systems, Software and Security quickly and be able to provide the optimal solutions for business requirements

Qualification-Necessary Requirement:
B.E (Electronics, Electronics & Comm, Computer Science) with a good academic track record
Experience-Necessary Requirement:
Good experience (15 to 20 years) in Service Provider Network Engineering or Vendor Architecture / design roles with a strong inclination towards
Good hands on design & complex lab testing experience.
Good working level knowledge of SDWAN Technologies ( Versa, Viptela, Velo Cloud), NFV uCPE and vCPE designs, Cisco, Juniper, Alcatel Lucent and network orchestration platforms.
Skill requirements:
Functional
Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge or related networking disciplines
Full understanding of complex internetworking including design elements including cost versus performance tradeoffs, protocol interoperability, network architecture development and requirements for testing / proof of concept.
