Looking for Remote Network Operation Center (RNOC) technician for Monitoring & troubleshooting
issues with L1 & L2 level support

• Strong experience of Troubleshooting network related issues (Node/Link Down, Loops, Latency, Packet Drops)
• Required Hands-on Experience troubleshooting the following technologies (Min 2 – 3 Years)
o Windows OS and applications
o Router configurations
o ISP communication
o WAN and LAN configuration and architecture
o Firewall Configuration and troubleshooting
o Camera DVR and VMS deployment, configuration, and architecture (Preferable as an added advantage)
o WAPs Bridges troubleshooting, deployment, configuration, and architecture
o Fiber Optic types, media conversion, and architecture
o Deployment and troubleshooting of IoT (Internet of Things) devices like cameras, speakers
o Firmware version compatibility checks
o DOS command prompt
o CompTIA A+ Certification
Following Items not required but a plus:
o Data Storage, RAID, Backup, DR.
o Cybersecurity
o Remote Access protocols
o CCNA / MCSA / MCSE
